We’ve got some sad news to share: Riff is shutting down on November 30th.

We’ve loved getting to know you all and building the Riff community with you. We really hope that you enjoyed it as much as we did.

While the product and community have come together in spectacular fashion, the business side of things hasn’t gone as well as we had hoped. You may not realize it, but Riff represents thousands of hours of work from a 3-person team. We couldn’t find a way to cover the costs of our operation, not to mention the small army of servers needed to deliver a high-quality live streaming experience.

Thanks to those who made Riff a home for passionate fans on the internet. We’re sorry that we have to take it down.

What about my earnings?

All Partners will be paid out in full by December 15th.

What about my unspent tickets?

We’re suspending the sale of tickets and virtual gifts soon, and we will refund those with unspent tickets by December 15th.
